In the name of God Amen! Know all men these presents that I William D. Lamb of
the said County and State, being of sound mind and memory, do make, constitute
and ordain this as my last will and testament.
It is my will and desire and I do so direct that after the payment of my funeral
expenses and of my just debts, and of the sum of one dollar to each of my other
children not herein named, that all of my property both real and personal, of
what description soever, shall descend to and absolutely vest in my three sons
Louis A. Lamb, Henry G. Lamb and James M. Lamb share and share alike, for their
sole use, benefit, behoof, possession and enjoyment forever.
And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my esteemed friends Thomas C.
Moody and John Wilson executors of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of May
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two and in the
one hundred and sixteenth year of the Sovereignty and Independence of the United
States of America.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by William D. Lamb as his last will and
testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each
other have by his request hereunto set our hands as witnesses.

Personally appeared before me T.M. Moody, one of the subscribing witnesses to
the foregoing instrument of Writing, who made oath on the Holy Evangelists of
Almighty God that he saw William D. Lamb sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and
declare the same to be his last Will and Testament; that he was then of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of the deponent s
knowledge and belief; and deponent, together with C. S. Moody, Jr and C. J.
McDonald signed their names thereto as witnesses at his request, in his presence
and in the presence of each other: at the same time qualified

Given under my Hand this 11th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and ninety three and in the one hundredth and eighteenth year of
American Independence.

I T. C. Moody do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last, will
of the within named William D. Lamb deceased, so far as I know or believe; and
that I will well and truly execute the same, by paying first the debts, and then
the legacies contained in the said will, so far as his goods and chattels will
thereunto extend and the law charge me, and that I will make a true and perfect
inventory of all such goods and chattels; So help me, God.

I J. D. McLucas, Judge of Probate for County and aforesaid do hereby certify
that the last Will and Testament of William D. Lamb deceased, was this day
admitted to Probate in common form on the oath of T.M. Moody one of the
subscribing witness to the last Will and Testament and that T.C. Moody obtained
letters Testamentary.
GIVEN under my Hand and Seal this the 11th day of October, A.D. 1893 and in the
one hundred and eighteenth year of American Independence.
