WILL OF ANGUS MACLELLAN
 
In the name of God Amen I Angus MacLellan of the State of South Carolina 
Marion District Being weak and sick tho of perfect mind and memory Thanks be 
to God for his mercy Calling to mind the Mortality of the /^my body Knowing 
that tis appointed For all men once to Die to Do make this my last will and 
testament in the manner following that is to say first 
I Recomend My Soul to almighty God who Give me it my body to be Burⁱed 
at the Descretion of My Executors and for such worldly goods as^it 
was Pleas,d god to blifs me with in this life  I dispose Of the same in the 
folowing manner

first I give And Bequeath to my Daughter Mary MacLellan one Hundred Acres of 
land also I Give /^{and bequeath} to my /^(unreadable) Son Petter  M/^c,,Lellan all the 
Rest of my property Personal and Real that is to say my household furnture my 
cattle and sheep and hogs all and singular my land and Everything else Except 
that one hundred Acres of land that I have Give and Bequeath to my Daughter 
Mary MacLellan Donald MacLellan's Wife

Item all my Just Debts to be paid also I apoint Donald MacLellan and My Son, 
Petter M/^c Lellan to to be My Exec_tors of this my Last will and testament 
in witnefs wereof Whereof I the said Angus M/^c,, Lellan Hath hereunto 
Set my hand and Afixed My Seal this 17 Day of September 1827
