Marion Distit          )  In the Name of God Amen, I Sarah Manning of

the State and District being weak in body but of a sound mind & Memory,

do make this my Last will & Testament first I give my Soul to God who

Give it, and my body to be burryed in a Christain Like Manner  2.  My De-

sire is that all my Just Debts should be paid by my Executor who I shall

appoint 3rd I Give and bequeath unto my beloved Grandsun Joel Coward my

Negro man Tom  4th I Give and bequeath unto my beloved Grand Daughter

Martha Coward my Negro woman Chainay also all my stock of horses & Cattle

& hogs and all my household and Kitchen Furniture and my Farming Tools and

also my Negro Girl Molsey accoding to a Deed of Gift that I have made to

the sd Martha Coward for the Sd Negro Girl Molsey before  it is my Desire

that the above sd property shall be the property of the said Martha Coward

5th I give and bequeath unto my beloved Grandsun James Manning my Negro

Girl Named Mary - and IDox Constitute and appoint my beloved Frend Herod

Stackhous my Exsorter to this my Last will & Testiment makeing void all

Former will and Do Declare this to be my will.  Signed our Names in the
