I James Martin being Weak of body But of Sound
mind memory & Understanding do make and declare this to be
my last Will & Testament (Imprimis) I Give and bequeath to
my Wench Rose, One Cow & Calf and one two Year old Bull, also
One bed & furniture, One pot, all the Corn, Cotton, & Bacon,
that may be on hand at the time of my Death, also all my
Bofat furniture, (Secondly) I Give & bequeath to my Brother
John Martin Twenty five Cents to him & his heirs forever,
I Give & bequeath to My Brother David Martin Twenty five
Cents to him and his heirs forever, also I Give & bequeath
to my Sifter Mary Rolins Twinty five Cents to her & her heirs
forever, also I Give & bequeath to my Sister Ann Miller Twen-
ty five Cents to her & her heirs forever, also I Give & be-
queath to my Sister Sarah Martin Twenty five Cents to her &
her heirs forever, I Give & bequeath to my Brothers Eleas
Martin & Thomas Martin all the Residue of my Estate both Real
and personal to be Equally divided between the said Eleas &
Thomas, lastly I appoint and Nominate my friends Elias Martin
& Thomas Collins Executors of this my last Will & testament
