                         JOHN McKINSEY

State of South Carolina)  In the name of God Amen I John McKinsey, of the
                       )
  Marion District      )  State and District aforesaid being weak in body

but of Sound disposeing Mind and Memory do Make and declare this my last

will and Testament in manner and form following

First after My Just debts is paid out of My Estate I Give to/mywife Emery

McKinsey for and during the term of her Natural life all My property both

real and personal and at her death I Give to My Eight Oldest Children now

living Five dollars Each to be paid out of My Estate at the death of my Wife

Emery McKinsey by my Three Youngest Children James McKinsey David McKinsey

and Deborah McKinsey.

The ballance of My Property both real and personal of what ever quantity

or quality that may be remaing at the death of Wife \Emery McKinsey I give

to My Three Youngest Children James McKinsey, David McKinsey and Deborah

McKinsey to them there heirs and afsigns forever.

and I do hereby appoint my Wife Emery McKinsey Sole Executrix of this My

last will and Testament hereby revokeing all former wills by Me Made.  In

witnefs hereof I have hereunto Set My had and Seal This the Twenty fifth

day of May one Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Seven
