WILL OF DAVID MOREE


In the Name of God Amen ----

I David Moree of the State of South Carolina and District of Marion being weak in body

But Of Sound and Disposing mind memory and understanding.  But Knowing that it is

Appointed unto man onst to die I do make this my Last will and Testiment in manner

an form following- Item I give devise and bequeathe unto my Loving wife Penelope 

Moree:  all my Personally state Consisting of My stock of Horses Cattle Hogs Sheep

Household and Kitchen furniture: an all other Personale state that I am Pofsefsd of in

Lieu or ar of her Dowry of Land Provided she should not claim the same as ---t her 

Death to be Devided among my Lawful Heirs at her discretion I do hereby nominate 

Institute and appoint my Loving wife Penelope Moree my sole executor to this my Last 

will and Testament and annulling and revoking all other wills by me made.  And 

Declaring this to be my Last and only Will an Testament.  Witnefs my Hand and Seal this 

Thirteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and fourteen and of the  Thirty

Seventh year of the American Independence.
