WILL OF MARY A. (KIRTON) MUNNERLYN
In the name of God, Amen
I, Mary A. Munnerlyn of the County of Marion, State of South Carolina, being of
sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory
life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and
testament: That is to say,
First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my
estate, real and personal, I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit:
Second. To my children, Benjamin H. Munnerlyn, Mary E. J. Grier, Thomas W. Munnerlyn,
Susan A. Harlee, Catherine J. Williams and George F. Munnerlyn or their legal
representatives to each one dollar in Money.
Third. And in consideration of my great love for my daughter Martha G. Munnerlyn,
for her fidelity and kindness to me in my declining years and when I had no other
help, I give, bequeath, and devise all the rest, residue, and remainder of my real
and personal Estate of whatsoever kind to my said Daughter, Martha G. Munnerlyn of
Marion County, South Carolina.
Likewise, I make, constitute, and appoint my said daughter, Martha G. Munnerlyn
and W. C. McMillan, both of Marion County, S. C. to be Executors of this my last
will and testament (herewith revoking all former wills by me made).
In witness thereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the
third day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Mary A. Munnerlyn as and for
her last will and testament in the presence of ones who at the request of the
said Mary A. Munnerlyn read in her presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our (signatures) as witnesses.
