WILL OF ROBERT NAPPIER
State of South Carolina ) In the name of God Amen I Robert Nappier Sr. of the District and
Marion District ) State aforesaid being of sound & Disposing mind and memory but
And Strong in body of my age And calling to mind the uncertainty of life And
being desirous to dispofe of All Such wordly Estate as it hath pleafed God to
blefs me with do Make & ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner
foleowing (That is to Say -
Item 1/st. I Give unto my Elder Son Jn/o. Nappeir Ninety one And
half Acres of Land whereon his houfe now Stands. In compiled platt.
marked:D: Also one bed and Furniture
Item 2/nd. I Give unto my Son Robert Nappier Ninety one & half Acres
of land adjoining the sd Jn/o. Nappiers Land in compiled platt..That
part marked (C) Also one bed & Furniture.
Item 3, I Give unto my younger Son J____ James Ninety One And half Acres of Land
Whereon my Dwelling house now Stands And adjoining the Sd Robert Nappiers Land
That part in compiled platt marked .B. Also one Feather Bed & Furniture Also one

Item 4/th. I Give unto my Son Eli G Nappier Ninety one & half acres
of Land adjoining the sd Jn/o. Nappiers Land in compiled platt That
part marked .A. & adjoining Eli Rogers Land Also One Feather Bed and Furniture
Item 5/th. I Give unto my daughter Mary Ann Nappier one half of all
such perishable Estate That is to Say Stock of all discreptions houfehold and
Kitchin Furniture Moneys Accounts Etc. That I may be in pofsefsion of at my
&/mywife/s. Deseafe Also one Side Saddle
Item 6. I Give unto my younger daughter Priscilla Nappier The other half of all
such Perishable Estate as has been before Stated That is to say Stock of all
discreptions Household & Kitchin Furniture Money Accounts Etc. That I may be
in pofsefsion of at my & my wife/s. deseafe Also - One Trunk and my
disire is further that my Two daughters before named Shall continue with my
Son James While Single.
And Lastly I do constitute and appoint my sd wife Executrix and my Son
Robert Nappier Executor of this my Last will & Testament by me heretofore made
