        Marion Destrict         )  I Ely Poston of the state and Destrict
afore said being Sick but in perfect. mind and memory thankse be to god for
his mercyes Calling into mind the mortality of my body knowing that it is 
appointed for all men once to die Do Make and ordain this my last will and
testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and Recommend
my soul to god who gave it and my body I Recommend to the Earth to be buried 
in a christian manner and as touching such worldly Estat whare with it has
pleased god to bless me with in this life I give dismifs and dispose off in
the following manner and form -- first I gave to my beloved wife one Cow and
Calf and all the houshold furniture she has now in possesseshon off I also
give to my bloved Daughter Elizabeth one Cow and Calf wich she has now in
pofsesion I also gave to my beloved son Isaac Poston one Cow and Calf which
he Claims the mark of I also gave to bloved Daughter Nicy one feathar bed
and furniture that belongs to the bed I also gave to my beloved grandson
David poston one hundred acres of land Joining North west on larry Cains
land East Cyprefs branch being a part of a track land bought of Thomas harmon
one hiffer Earling in my mark one she goat, her kid I also gave to my well
beloved son in law James Daniels whome I likewise appoint Constitute and or-
dain my sole Executor of this my last will and testament I gave to said James
Daniels one feather bed and furniture that belongs to it half dozen of Chairs
one small Desk I also gave to my belovd son in law andrew Poston two Dollar
I also gave to my beloved son obed Poston two Dollar I also gave to my be-
loved son Aaron Poston one Cow and Calf I also gave to my beloved son Elijah
Poston one dry Cow the C/hoys feather bed and furniture belonging to it the
largest Desk half dozen Chairs the Remaind part of my Estate to be sold all
my my Just debts paid the ballance if any to be Equally devided Betwene James
Danile Isaac Poston Aaron Poston Eljah Poston my wife Elizabeth Poston
