To whom it may concern:
I, Sarah Ann Price make and ordain the following instument of
writing to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and codicils
by me made.
Item 1. I give and bequeath to Mary Price my cook stove kitchen safe and
sewing machine, and one looking glass.
Item 2. All the rest and residue of my wordly possesions of every kind,
all rights and intrests, in all property of every kind of which I may die seized or
possesed or in any way intrested in I give devise and bequeath to my friends Elizabeth Hays
wife of W. D. B. Hays and Mary McKinzie, wife of Allen McKenzie, to be equally divided
between them, except certain clothing made for me by Mrs. Elizabeth Hays which I desire
Mrs. Hays to have.
Item 3. I appoint W. D. B. Hays and Allen McKenzie is Executors to this
my last will and testament.
In testimony of all which I hereto subscribe my name in the presence
of the three subscribing witnesses who at my request in my presence and in the
presence of each other hereto subscribe their names as witnesses to the due execution
hereof this 18th day of May 1907.
