WILL OF WILLIAM S. ROGERS
In the Name of God Amen. I William S Rogers of Marion District south Carolina
being of sound mind & Memory but weak in body and calling to mind the
uncertainty of life and wishing to dispose of his estate do make and ordain
this my last will and testament in manner following
first It is my desire that all my Just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Item I give to my beloved sister Francis _[C] _[M] Gasque all my household &
Kitchen furniture.
Item I give to my uncle silas Rogers the ballance of my property including all
moneys that may be due me at my decease or thereafter.
lastly I constitute and appoint Bary Gause executor In testimony whereof I have
hereto set my hand and seal this 10h day of Jany 1843.
Signed Sealed and published as the last will of the above named Wm S Rogers
in the presence of us
