WILL OF
WILLIAM ROZAR
38. Marion District In the name of God Amen I William Rozier Considering
the uncertainty of this life and being now of Sound mind and memory have
determined by this my last will and testament to dispose of my property in
the following manner to wit to my beloved wife Chloe Rozier I give and be-
queath one tract of land containing three hundred acres more or lefs ad-
joining the tract on which I now live also all my cattle hogs horses and
also all my household furniture constituting all that I Now am in pofsefsed
of and the same to be at her disposal after my Just debts and funeral ex-
penses are paid. In Witnefs whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this
28th day of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred & twenty
one
