                          WILL OF 

                      WILLIAM TEASS

In The Name of God Amen

I William Teafs of the County of Guilford & State of North

Carolina, Knowing that it is appointed for All Men Once to

die, and being of Sound mind & Memory but Weak of Body, do

constitute this to be my last Will and Testament, first I 

commit my Soul to god who gave it, and My body to the ground, 

to be Entered in a Deasent and Christian like Manner,

Secondly I wish and desire for all my Just and lawful Debts

to be paid--

Thirdly I give and bequeath to My Dear and beloved Wife Polley

Teafs all the remaining part of my Estate both real & perso-

nal to dispose of as she may think proper

Fourthly I do herby Constitute and appoint my Dear & beloved
              Executrix
Wife Mary Teafs_x Jedethan Harper and Hanu M^cCain Executors to

this my last Will and Testament revoaking and disanuling all

former will of Wills by Me made in witnefs Wherof I have her-

unto set my name this twenty sixth Day of Septembr in the

year of Our lord One thousand Eight hundred and seven
