STEPHEN THOMPSON
In the name of God Amen, I Stephen Thompson of the State of
South Carolina and Destrict of Marion Being of Sound mind
& Memory and Knowing it was once appointed for all me to-
die I do make and Constitute this my Last will & Testament,
(Itom) I desire that my Executor do Sell at his disposal
any part of my Real or personal Estate to pay my Lawfull
debts and Charges Except my negro Woman Sarah and her three
Children Hannah Bob & Siller: and the one her the Said Sarah
is now pregnant with and the Choice of my Young Horses.(Itom)
I give to my Sifter Mary Finkla one hundred Dollars per year
For the Space of Fore years Should She Live as long If no
longer then She lives to be Raised Out of my Estate at the
descrision of my Executor, (Itom) I Give unto Sifter Naomy
Finkla-One dollar, ((loItom) I give unto my Brother in law
Thomas Finkla one dollar to be discounted-Out of an Execution
I now have Against him, (Itom) I Give to my Brother John
Thompson one dolla (Item) I give unto My Brother Isaac Thomp-
son his Choice of my Young horses, (Itom) I Give-Unto my
Brother In law, David Jamerson, & his hiers who lives in the
State of Georgia one dollar (Itom) I Give unto my Neice Mary
Ann Thompson A negro Girle Hannah, (Itom) I Give unto My Nep-
hew Stephen wesley Thompson A negro boy named Bob, (Itom) I
Give unto My Brother Samuel Thompsons Daughter Elizabeth
Thompson one Negro Girle named Siller, (Itom) I Give unto
my nephew Saml..Griffith Thompson the Child my Negro-Woman
Sarih is now Pregnant with Should the Child be bornd and
lives,.(Itom) I Give Unto my Brother Saml.. Thompson my Ne-
gro woman named Sarah. I Also Give unto-Him the Whole of
my Property Both Real and personal that is not Gave off as
Above Mentioned..(Itom)-
I do hereby nominate Constitute and appoint my Brother
Saml. Thompson Executor to this my last will and teftament in
