                      WILL OF 

              ROBERT W. WILSON

South Carolina )  In the name of God Amen. I Robert W. Wilson of the State
Marion Diatrict)  and District aforesaid, bringing to mind the mortality
of man, do make, constitute and ordain this to be my last will and testa-
ment in manner and form following, (Viz) after my decease I request my 
body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Extrt - and all my Just
debts to be paid.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my Neice Eliza Cooper, one negro girl of
such size and discription as can be purchased for two hundred and fifty 
dollars which amt. I request to be applyed to the said purpose by my Nep-
hew Samuel Cooper, who I request to act as guardian for my said Neice Eliza
Cooper, to her and to the ifsue of her body ---------

Item. I give and bequeath to my neice Susannah N. Wilson, my grey horse
sulkey and harnefs to her, her heirs and afsigns forever-------

Item. I give and bequeath to my friend Alexr L. Gregg my silvr watch, to him
his heirs and afsigns forever. 

Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarh ann D Wilson all the remain-
ing part of my Estate which I may die pofsefsed of (excep my wearing ap-
parel to my brother Joseph Wilson) to her, her heirs and afsigns forever. 
It is my request, should it mert the approbation of my brother Hugh Wilson, 
that he shall give and make over to my said daughter Sarah/ann D. Wilson and 
to the ifsue of her body the negro woman _ate and her Children.  And lastly, 
I do nominate, constitute, and appoint my Son in law Samuel E. Wilson, and my 
nephew Samuel Cooper, Executors of this my last will and testament, revo-
king and making void all other wills by me heretofore made, and acknowleg-
ing this and no other to be my last will and testament.  In witnefs where-
of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of Novm in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty, and fifty fifth 
year of American independence.----------
