I, Mary Ann Quick of Clio, County of Marlboro in consideration of the sum of 
five dollars to me in hand paid at and before the sealing of these Presents by 
The Trustees of The Quick Burial Ground have granted, bargained, sold and released, 
and by these Presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said Trustees 
and their successors in office throughout all future time, all that certain piece 
or parcel of land situated in the County of Marlboro and State of South Carolina 
containing 1/3 acre more or less and bounded and described as follows - beginning 
on a stake on the public road leading from Clio to Tatum at the point where the 
present road leads off from said public road to the Grave Yard and running 
North East 270 yds to the graveyard line thence NW with said line 20 feet to a 
stone, thence SW 270 yds to public road - thence south 20 feet with said road 
to beginning corner ? bounded on the North and South by lands of myself and on 
the west by public road and on the East by lands of Grave Yard.

To HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said premises before mentioned, unto 
the said Trustees and to their successors in office forever.

In conveying this property it is understood and intended that it shall be kept 
open as a pass way from the public highway to the said "Burial Ground" and shall 
not be cultivated.

And I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant 
and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Trustees and 
their successors in office against me and my heirs, or others lawfully claiming, 
or to claim the same, or any part thereof.

Witness my hand seal this ____ day of Sept in the year of our Lord one thousand 
nine hundred and ten and in the one hundred and thirty fourth year of the 
Sovereignty and Independence of the United States of America.

Personally appeared before me Chas Adams and made oath that he saw the within

written Deed; and that he with F. C. Spears witnessed the execution thereof.
