Personally appeared before me Thomas Evans one of the Justices of said county, Captain William Standard who Duly sworn said that he did see Moses Pearson, Esquire Authorize the above endorsement & deliver the same for the uses & purposes therein mentioned and that Elizabeth Evans did sign as a witness with himself sworn before this 2 of September 1793.
