I Moses Pearson do sign over to Baron Poellnitz all my rights, title of claim to the within mentioned Island of Land & from me & my heirs forever. Witnessed my hand (and Seal) this 21st Day February 1792.

Personally appeared before me Thomas Evans one of the Justices of said county, Captain William Standard who Duly sworn said that he did see Moses Pearson, Esquire Authorize the above endorsement & deliver the same for the uses & purposes therein mentioned and that Elizabeth Evans did sign as a witness with himself sworn before this 2 of September 1793.
