William Rollo Deed to William Strother 1801

This Indenture made this 14th day of February in
the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and one between William Rollo
of the County of Marlborough & State of South Carolina of the one part And
William Strother of the State & County aforesaid of the other part
Witnesseth that the said William Rollo for and in Consideration of the sum of
one hundred pounds StL Money of the State aforesaid paid by him the said
William Strother the receipt Whereof the Said William Rollo hath Granted
bargained Sold Aliened and Confirmed and by these presents doth Grant bargain
and Sell aline and Confirm unto the Said William Strother his heirs and afsigns
forever Two Pieces or parcels of land Situate in Marlborough District and State
aforesaid and on the N E Side of great Pee Dee river neare Husbands Creek and
on the branch of Phills Creek bounded = n & __ West on lands belonging to
James Blanton East on lands formerly belonging to Jno Edens now William Rollo
aforesaid and on part of the same tract Containing one Hundred & twenty
three Acres more or less being part of a tract of Land Containing two hundred
& twenty three Acres Granted to James Smith by Patent bearing date the
fifth day of June 1786 Reference to the same being had and was conveyed by said
James Smith to the said William Johnson by Deed baring date the 11th
day of September 1794 And also one other piece of parcel of land lying
adjoining to the aforesaid tract Containing two hundred Acres more or less it
being part of a 640 acre tract Granted to Jno Edens Lying on the West side of
the long branch including the house and Plantation Whereon him the Said William
Rollo now lives. And also all Trees Ways Woods Water profits and Herditaments
and Apparteances
Whatsoever the Said lands and tenements above mentioned
belonging or in any wise appertaining, and also the reversion and revisions
remainder and remainders rents and server of the Said premises and every part
and parcel thereof and all the estates rights title interest claim and dem and
Whatsoever of bein the Said William Rollo of in & to the Said lands and
premises and every part and parcel thereof. TO HAVE the Said lands and all and singular the premises above mentioned
unto die said William Strother his heirs and afsigns forever And the Said
William Rollo for himself an dhis heirs the said lands and premises and every
part and parcel thereof against him and his heirs and against all and every other
person and persons Whomsoever to the Said William Strother his heirs and
afsigns Shall and Will Warrant and forever defend by these presents.
