Sion WIGGINS Sr. to Sion WIGGINS Jr. 1831

NOTE: From his Will and minutes of the Salem Baptist Church, I believe that
this documents was in preparation to Sion Sr.'s marriage to the young
widow, Beady Ammons. also from church and census records, I believe that Sion
Jr.'s wife was Moriah Rabon.

Conveyance: Sion Wiggins Snr. To his son Sion Wiggins Jr
Oct. 24, 1831 Marlboro Co. South Carolina.

"Know all men by these presents that I, Sion Wiggins, of the State and District aforesaid, for and
in consideration of the natural love and affection that I bear towards my son Sion Wiggins of the
same State and District have given and granted and by these presents do give and grantunto the
said Sion Wiggins all that plantation or tract of land containing one hundred acre more or less
where on I now live it being apart of a tract of land granted James Nicholson by his excellency
William Moultry Esqr. bearing date Dec. 4, 1784 and conveys from said grantee to William
Whitfield to Sion Wiggins and bearing date 18 Febyy 1809 and from the said Sion Wiggins to his
son Sion Wiggins Jr. who is now a party to these presents the said lands lying in the State and
District aforesaid on the No. East side of Great Pee Dee River on the waters of Ready branch and
Muddy Creek and is bounded East by Muddy Creek, South by William H. Wiggins land West by
Ready Branch and North by land now claimed by Francis McBride Together with all and singular
the __ity Members __ditaments and appent__ancy to the said premises belonging or in any wise
incident or appertaining(?) To have and to hold all and singular the premises befor mentionedunto
the said Sion Wiggins his heirs executors administrators and assigns and I do hereby bind bind
myself my heirs Executors administrators and assigs to _anaut and forever defend all and singular
the premises before mentioned unto the said Sion Wiggins Jr. his heirs and assigns forever and
against myself my heirs that is the _ish forever and against every other person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof In witness thenof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this twentyfourth day of October One Thousand Eight hundred and
thirty one and in the fifty sixth year of the Independence of the United States of America..
