Peter N. Hubbard the 2nd, born 7/31/1755 in Marlborough County, South
Carolina. Peter was in the Revolutionary War and rode as a Lieutenant
under General Francis Marion at one point. Peter married Mary Ann Odom in 1778 at Cheraw District, South Carolina. He moved his family to Montgomery County, Tennessee in 1803. Mary Ann died in 1826. Peter's sons Peter the 3rd and Phillip moved him to Bond County, Illinois in 1839. He died in Mulberry Grove, Bond County, Illinois in 1844.submitted by Mike Hubbard
