NOTE: This document was transcribed from a typescript, not from the original, and I have a number of questions as to its accuracy. Is there an EVANS researcher with corroborating evidence, or anyone with access to Marlboro County Court records, who can compare the original / clerk's record with the typescript for me?
Many thanks! -- vp
