William G. FAEGIN

In the name of God Amen.
I WILLIAM G. FEAGIN, being feeble in body but of a sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament as follows.

1st. I will & desire that all my just debts be paid.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my four children, ELIZABETH, MARTHA, EDWARD & PETER my negro boy TOM to be equally divided between them when the youngest of them arrives at the age of twenty one years, but they & each of them to be equally benefited by his labour during the minority of my said children.

3rd. I give & devise to my son EDWARD my young Bay Mare.

4th. I give and bequeath to my son PETER my young Bay Colt.

5th. I give and bequeath to my daughter ANNE my old Bay Mare.

6th. I give and bequeath to my daughter TAMPY WISE my Black horse.

7th. I give and bequeath the rest and residue of my property, to wit, my cattle, hogs, household and kitchen furniture & all other property or money that I possess at the time of my death to my children ANNE, ELIZABETH, MARTHA, EDWARD & PETER equally between them, share and share alike.

8th. I nominate & appoint JACOB GREEN Executor of this my last Will.
