THE WILL OF SHADRACK FULLER JR. South Carolina Marlboro District In the name of God Amen I Shadrack Fuller of the district of Marlboro Farmer being in health of body of Sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praise God for the same do make this my last will in manner and form following to wit: To my four first children I make the following donations: To my daughter Sarah and Ivy I give twenty dollars besides what I have given her ,To my daughter Nancy Carmichael I have given two hundred dollars as receite showen: To my son Hyall Fuller I give two hundred dollars and to the heirs of the body of my daughter Drucilla Stubbs I devide a tract of land upon which they now live in Marion District situated in what is called Sweat Swamp purchased by me from Catherine Mclaurin. I have given to my four first children all that I intend to giving to them my desire and intention now is that they share no further part in my estate. I desire that my wife Nancy Fuller should remain upon my Plantation or the place on which I live during her life If should be left a widow and that my stock and farming utensils and everything upon the premises should remain for her use during her life. I devise my land to my son James N. Fuller if he should die without a child my desire is that the land should be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided amongst all my living children posession of which he is to have when he attains the age of twenty one years. I desire that he remain upon the place with the family and take care of them during my wife's lifetime and after her death title of my real estate is to be exclusivly in him my son James N. Fuller I further desire that my negroes remain upon my plantation as long as the family remains together and that the proceeds of their laborbe expended for maintaing my wife and children. I further desire that at my death my negroes be divided amongst my five children vs Williminna, Emily, Martha , Mary Ann, Macy if any of the last named children should die without child the others are to inherit their portion of my intention is that my property remain amongst these my last children named forever I desire that my grandaughter Emma Ganer be paid two hundred dollars to be made off the land devised to my son James N. Fuller and be paid by him if she lives to attain the age of twenty one years. and lastly I appoint my son James N. Fuller & Alfred Parish my Executors of this my last will and testament made in the testamony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this 29th day of April 1850 Signed Sealed and Published and declared as the last will and testament of Shadrack ( X) Fuller his mark Witness: Wm.
