James A. HARRINGTON

In the name of God Amen.
I JAMES A. HARRINGTON being weak of body but of disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in the words following.

I give to my beloved wife ELEANOR W. HARRINGTON and my two sons JOHN W. HARRINGTON and HENRY W. HARRINGTON all my estate both real and personal of whatsoever name and description except four negroes SPENCER NELLY MARY and SCIPIO to be divided between them and their heirs forever.

I give the two first named negroes SPENCER and NELLY to my daughter CHARLOTTE H. POWE and the other two MARY and SCIPIO to my grand Children CAROLINE and ERASMUS POWE

I hereby make my beloved wife ELEANOR sole executrix to this my last will and testament during her widowhood and no longer and to have full power and authority to sell any part or all of my lands and negroes as she may think proper.

In testimony whereof I have set my hand this 14 February 1834
