ELIZABETH HENAGAN In the name of God Amen. I, ELIZABETH HENAGAN of Marlborough District, SC Being of sound and disposing mind and memory but weak in body and calling to mind the uncertainty of life and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with do make this my last will in manner following: That is to say, I desire that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and give and bequeath to ALEXANDER HENAGAN and MARY ANN HENAGAN, son and daughter of BARNABAS HENAGAN, JR., all my goods and chattels of what nature or quality soever it may be to be equally divided between them. 3rd. I give to KATHERINE WATTER my crockery ware, potware, a chair, and bench---- all the rest of my Estate not particularly disposed of, I desire may be equally divided between the before named ALEXANDER HENAGAN and MARY ANN HENAGAN---- and lastly I do appoint my friends GADI IVY and J. L. MCLAURIN, my Executors of this my last will and testament. In Testimony where of I have unto set my hand and seal this twenty-ninth day of April 1850.
