In the name of God amen.
I MARY McLUCAS of the State of South Carolina in the District of Marlborough (widow) being in health of body and Sound mind memory and understanding, thanks be to God for the same do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following.

First, I will and desire that my just debts be paid and I give and bequeath unto my son JOHN L. McLUCAS all my goods and chattels estate and effects of what nature and kind whatsoever that I now possess or may pofssess at my death and I do nominate constitute and appoint my son JOHN L. McLUCAS Sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other will or wills at any time heretofore may be made, and do declare this to be my last will and testament.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 30th day of December in the year of our Lord 1839.
