In the name of God Amen this 14th of July 1823 I ELIZABETH QUICK of Marlborough District in the State of South Carolina Calling to mind the mortality of my Body and Knowing we have All to die. Doe make Constitute and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the following manner (viz)

I give to my daughter RACHEL---Twenty five cents, and I also give my daughter REBECCA twenty five cents and I allso Give my Daughter CLARACY twenty five cents and allso I Give my Daughter RUTH twenty five cents----

I give to my sone BURREL QUICK and my sone SOLOMAN QUICK and to my two grandchildren ZILLEY QUICK and my Grandsone ALEY QUICK All my Estate Consisting of lands and household property and of houses and of cattles and of Hogs and of Plantation tools to be equally divided between them and I doe hereby nominate Appointe LABERN TEMPLE and JAMES IRBY my only and Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
