WILL OF SION WIGGINS South Carolina } In the name of God Amen. I Sion Wiggins Sen. of Marlboro Marlboro District } Dist. So. Car. being of sound and disposing mind and memory but weak in body, and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life, and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate as it has pleased God to bless me with, do make and ordain this my last Will in manner following, that is to say: I desire that I may be decently buryed. 2nd I give and bequeath unto my wife Beady Wiggins all my personal and real property dureing her life or widowhood and in the vent of her death or marriage for it to go to my daughter Sarah Ann Jimimah Wiggins. 3rd I bequeath to Winy Jane Ammons one cow and calf or the value of it also one bed and furniture and lastly, I do constitute and appoint my said wife Executrix, of this my last will and testament, by me hereunto made.
