We further request that his honor the Judge will lay the same before the Legislature. 26th October 1809. (Signed) Thomas Craton, Andrew Barkley, Eliab Moore, Enoch Garmer, Robert Davis, Joseph Hall, Richard Burdine, James Smith, Roger Murphey, William Armstrong, Henry Gambrell, John Gambrell, George Dilworth.
